LP’s new Headquarters consolidates 180 corporate employees from multiple locations. The four-level 80,000 sf design incorporates perimeter enclosed offices for senior executives and managers with internal open office areas for support staff. Each typical office level plan includes two large conference rooms for formal meetings, both adjacent to each level’s lobby area which overlook the City of Nashville. The design of smaller “enclaves” on all levels for less formal smaller meetings with flexible furniture arrangements and copy/coffee rooms reinforce the company’s culture by providing multiple, flexible settings for interaction during the work day.
