When Glumac decided to renew their lease in the historic Dekum Building, they sought to enliven their identity and energize their existing interior. Committed to achieving LEED certification while staying within their tenant improvement allowance, they asked YGH to create a fun, visually prominent breakroom to improve the entry sequence and promote spontaneous meetings between employees. This remodel has achieved LEED-CI Silver certification.
