Richard Grace, AIA

Richard Grace, AIA is an associate principal with over ten years experience as a designer of institutional, commercial and mixed-use development projects. He works closely with all team members throughout programming, design and documentation to encourage creative solutions and ensure rigorous examination of alternatives. In addition, Richard is an accomplished artist who uses sketches and renderings to efficiently and effectively convey design options with client groups. He also has specialized experience utilizing innovative materials in office and restaurant environments, retail, as well as urban, medium-density housing projects.
