Nels Hall, FAIA, LEED AP
Nels Hall, FAIA, LEED AP became a YGH design principal in 1980, and is responsible for the planning and design direction of projects through all phases. His experience gained through YGH, as well as prior Boston and Zurich firms includes new town planning, commercial, governmental, medical, educational and housing facilities in the U.S., Middle East, Africa and Europe. Skilled in the design of technically complex projects, Nels has received both local and national design awards, including a Presidential Citation Award for Federal Architecture. Nels holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a registered architect in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Arizona, Tennessee and Michigan.
