We consider ourselves a “learning organization” where our analytic, research-based design process, coupled with a formal in-house professional development program provides continuous project and process improvement as well as meaningful staff participation, growth and advancement opportunities.
Broad Ownership and Management Participation
One third of our staff, 10 of 30 staff members, are shareholders who own YGH. The firm is led by two principals, three associate principals and four groups structured to involve staff from all levels of the firm, creating a broad base of management experience and opportunity. All YGH staff are participants in the firm profit-sharing plan.
Commitment to Professional Development
YGH invests in the professional development of all staff, providing weekly in-house continuing education programs and participation in out-of-office training and education opportunities. YGH pays one professional organization membership for each employee and reimburses employees for exam fees when they pass.
